When becoming a member of club O2 - Here, the information we ask from you includes: your name; postal address, to send your membership pack; email address, to keep you informed of new services and events, and to send you the club O2 Fresh members eNewsletter. Other information collected - ie, sex, age, relationship status, primary and secondary networks and activities of interest, allow us to send you the relevant information via our newsletters and special member offer emails. When purchasing an club O2 Fit Pack - Here, the information we will ask you for includes: your name; email address; and postal address, to send your Fit Pack. If your Fit Pack includes an club O2 membership, we will also ask for additional information stated in 2.1 above. When completing a competition entry - Here, the information we ask you for includes; your name; phone number; and e-mail address. All other fields are discretionary. Please see the terms and conditions of the competition. When requesting information regarding club O2 services - The information requested on this page includes your name and contact details.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure 

club O2 does not sell or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies, except to provide any products or services requested, when we have your permission, or, under the following circumstances:

We provide the information to trusted partners who work with club O2 under confidentiality agreements. This will enable us to provide you with the best service.
